Letting Energy Savings Pay for Ventilation

 

Buildings account for about 40% of the total energy consumption in most OECD countries.  With the rising cost of energy, great effort has gone towards making buildings more energy efficient.   Numerous schemes have been developed and the new improved methods have been integrated into building codes, making new buildings energy efficient.

 

The building stock is however mostly made up of older buildings, which are much less energy efficient.  The need for energy saving renovation improvements is therefore even greater.   Heat recovery ventilation is one of the various methods that have been applied.  Existing solutions are however often not suitable due to cost and functionality.

 

The Breather is a new ventilation solution, which will be exceptionally suitable for renovation projects.  The benefits will often be so great that it pays for itself through energy savings very quickly.
